What is Keep The Fees?
KTF is built specifically for artist by tattoo artists. One of our co-founders, Adam Facenda, is a 2nd generation tattoo artist and working with him and in collaboration with over 500 tattoo artist/shop managers, we have researched and analyzed specific features needed to help efficiently run a tattoo and piercing shop.
What happens if there is a technical issue?
We are readily accessible for assistance through chat, email, text, or phone.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, we have apps for both iOS and Android devices.
Are there any hidden fees?
Our prices start at $69.99/month. There are no hidden fees.
Are there any contracts?
We do require an application which is necessary to legally approve your business; however, we have no long-term contracts and a client can cancel upon 30 days notice.
What does zero fee processing mean?
Zero fee processing runs on dual pricing. Every sale shows two prices, one for cash and one for card. The card price covers the processing cost, so your studio keeps 100% of every charge.
Can any appointment-based business use our software?
Absolutely! We collaborate with various businesses, including salons and photographers, eager to leverage Keep The Fees for their operations.
